本文以新型电力机车的初步设计为背景,研究两轴转向架式机车横向(17个自由度)和垂向(17个自由度)系统的动力学模型。分别就横向稳定性、对线路随机不平顺的动力响应和非线性曲线通过三方面进行讨论。着重比较分析一系摇头刚度的影响,寻找在保证稳定性要求前题下的最佳动力响应及曲线通过能力。制定了一般分析方法及电算程序。在大量数值计算基础上,提出了在韶山Ⅳ型电力机车设计中参数选择方面的具体建议。
Based on the preliminary design of the new electric locomotive, this paper studies the dynamic model of two-axle bogie locomotives in the horizontal (17 degrees of freedom) and vertical (17 degrees of freedom) systems. The three aspects are discussed respectively in terms of lateral stability, dynamic response of random irregularities and nonlinear curves. Focus on a comparative analysis of the impact of a series of shaking head stiffness, looking for the premise of guaranteeing the stability of the best dynamic response and curve through the ability. Developed a general analysis method and computer program. On the basis of a large number of numerical calculations, some specific suggestions on parameter selection in design of Shaoshan Ⅳ electric locomotive are proposed.
