煤矿井下硬岩高速低脉冲高效成孔技术与装备煤矿井下硬岩高速低脉冲高效成孔技术与装备是由中煤科工集团西安研究院有限公司近年来针对煤矿井下岩层钻孔成孔效率低、耗材用量大、施工成本高等问题开发的工艺方法与成套装备。该技术采用全液压高转速带动钻具回转,通过泥浆泵输送高压水流带动孔底液动低频脉冲冲击器,配合硬岩高校钻头,产生回转冲击能,提高切削压入深度的同时,高转速增加了切削频率,从而达到高速成孔的目的。技术特点:
