酸性分子筛催化剂在使用过程中会发生结焦失活等现象,失活催化剂的再生利用,既可以降污减排,又可以节约催化剂购买成本.首先通过调变焙烧温度和焙烧时间,考察了不同焙烧条件对失活β分子筛催化剂再生的影响.得到催化剂的最佳再生条件为500℃焙烧8 h,并制定了工业再生方案.然后按照催化剂工业再生方案,进行工业再生,得到3.5 t工业再生催化剂.苯液相烷基化反应小试评价表明,工业再生催化剂催化苯转化率高于26％,活性恢复度均高于95％,乙苯选择性均约为80％.满足工业应用要求.
