企业的健康发展离不开工会组织的大力支持与引导。本文从我国当前企业管理现状出发,对新形势下工会组织如何发挥其自身优势,积极推进企业的可持续发展进行了研究。研究认为,在社会主义市场经济体制下,企业工会对促进企业的健康发展赋有不可推卸的使命和责任。因此,企业工会组织应当坚持以人为本,积极维护企业员工的合法权益;应当恪守以效为本的原则,为打造企业的核心竞争力作出应有的贡献;最后工会组织应当强化思想政治工作的感召力,积极推进企业文化建设;从而使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地。
The healthy development of enterprises can not be separated from the strong support and guidance from the trade union organizations. Based on the present situation of enterprise management in our country, this paper studies how trade unions can exert their own advantages and actively promote their sustainable development in the new situation. The study holds that under the socialist market economic system, the trade unions of enterprises have the unshirkable mission and responsibility to promote the healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, the trade unions in enterprises should adhere to the people-oriented principle and actively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees. They should abide by the principle of efficiency-oriented and make their due contribution to building the core competitiveness of enterprises. Finally, the trade union organizations should strengthen the charisma of ideological and political work , And actively promote the building of enterprise culture; so that enterprises in the market competition in an invincible position.
