目前,在设计中,采用设多提高泵站运行可靠性的方法:备用;调整(管路)系统、管径、泵型;改变运行状况和根据保证泵站以相应于自身可靠度等级的概率连续供出计算流量的条件、增加工作状态数目j的其它解决办法(1)。在所列举的方法中,合理备用,即予先在泵站中装置一些附加水泵、闸门的方法得到最广泛的应用。通过备用,泵站可靠性提高的多少,首先决定于泵站可靠性指标与按CH —31—74确定的工作和备用机组比例之间相互关系的数量估价。
