针对复杂弯曲问题 ,提出了“状态属性”的概念 ,建立了“状态坐标”算法 ,从而有效地降低了计算的复杂程度 .应用“状态坐标”算法 ,以纯弯曲为例 ,对循环加载下的弯曲应力和回弹变化规律进行了分析计算 ,得到了一些有意义的现象和结果 .计算过程表明 ,“状态坐标”算法简捷易行 ,通用性好 .理论计算结果与实验结果的对比分析表明 ,此算法达到了一定的工程精度 ,有很好的实用价值 .
In order to solve the complex bending problem, the concept of “state attribute” is proposed and the “state coordinates” algorithm is established, which effectively reduces the computational complexity. By using the “state coordinates” algorithm, taking the pure bending as an example, Stress and springback are analyzed and calculated, and some meaningful phenomena and results are obtained. The calculation process shows that the “state coordinates” algorithm is simple and easy to use and has good universality. Comparing the theoretical calculation results with the experimental results, The algorithm has reached a certain degree of engineering accuracy and has good practical value.
