随着影像学技术的进步,颅内病变的定位诊断已经从基础的临床查体迈入了影像解剖定位阶段。但是,对于复杂的颅内病变,影像学并不能对病变性质做出准确诊断。有些颅内病变,或因少见疾病,或因疾病早期表现不典型,难以确定诊断。通过活检获取病变组织,进行病理诊断就成为临床诊断的最终手段。文献报道,1/4的活检病例术前临床诊断与术后病理不相符,并因此改变治疗计划~([1]),这说明活检是避免误诊,提高神经系统疑难疾病诊断
With the progress of imaging technology, the localization and diagnosis of intracranial lesions have entered the stage of image anatomical positioning from the basic clinical examination. However, for complex intracranial lesions, radiology does not provide an accurate diagnosis of the nature of the lesion. Some intracranial lesions, or because of rare diseases, or due to early manifestation of disease is not typical, difficult to determine the diagnosis. Acquired by biopsy lesions, pathological diagnosis has become the ultimate means of clinical diagnosis. Reported in the literature, 1/4 biopsy cases preoperative clinical diagnosis and postoperative pathology does not match, and thus change the treatment plan ~ ([1]), indicating that biopsy is to avoid misdiagnosis and improve the diagnosis of difficult diseases of the nervous system
