目的研究药用植物金荞麦的抗菌活性内生真菌。方法采用PDA培养基,从金荞麦的块根、茎、叶中分离到20株内生真菌,鉴定其抗菌活性,并对抗菌活性菌株进行形态学特征和分子鉴定。结果发现其中1株内生真菌FD12对金黄色葡萄球菌有抗菌活性,但对大肠杆菌、黑曲霉无抑制作用;经形态学特征和分子鉴定,确定菌株FD12为黑肉座菌Hypocrea nigricans。结论文中结果可为保护金荞麦野生资源,寻找和开发新型抑菌生物制剂开辟了一条新途径。
Objective To study the antibacterial activity of medicinal plant Fagopyrum Buckwheat endophyte. Methods Twenty endophytic fungi were isolated from root, stem and leaf of Fagopyrum tataricum using PDA medium. The antibacterial activity of 20 endophytic fungi was identified, and the morphological characteristics and molecular identification of the antibacterial activity strains were also studied. The results showed that one of the endophytic fungi FD12 had antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus but no inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Aspergillus niger. The strain FD12 was identified as Hypocrea nigricans by morphological and molecular characterization. Conclusion The results in this paper can open up a new way for the protection of the wild buckwheat wild resources and for finding and developing new antibacterial biological agents.
