In order to improve the quality of energy management workers in the national television industry, the basic energy conservation work must be strengthened. Under the concern of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Production Motor Driver Energy Division and the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Energy Research Institute, the National TV Industry Energy Research Institute Standardization Management Center was established in March 1991 in Xi’an. According to a study made by the Executive Council of the National TV Industry Energy Research Association, the National TV Industry Energy Research Institute Standardization Management Center is located at the Nanjing Radio Factory. The Nanjing Radio Factory Energy Division is responsible for the daily work of the center. The management of energy standardization is a comprehensive basic work for the rational development, utilization and management of energy, and it is to guarantee the implementation of energy resources.
