水凝胶敷料是一类性能优良的新型创面敷料,它具有高吸收、保湿、抗菌、易更换等优点。该文以热敏性N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)为基体,通过化学交联法将CS接枝到PNIPAM基体上,再采用紫外光照引发自由基聚合将一种具有生物兼容性和抑菌性的纳米银交联到CS/PNIPAM水凝胶,合成具有温敏抗菌性的Ag/Chitosan/PNIPAM的水凝胶微粒。所得产物通过XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis、TEM、SEM等手段进行了表征。结果表明,Ag/Chitosan复合粒子形成分散性较好的核壳包裹,Ag/Chitosan/PNIPAM通过化学交联法成功实现交联聚合。
Hydrogel dressing is a new type of wound dressing with excellent performance. It has the advantages of high absorption, moisturizing, antibacterial and easy replacement. In this paper, heat-sensitive N-isopropylacrylamide (PNIPAM) was used as a matrix to graft CS into PNIPAM matrix by chemical cross-linking method. Then, UV irradiation was used to initiate radical polymerization to give a biocompatible and bacteriostatic Of nanosilver cross-linked to CS / PNIPAM hydrogels to synthesize hydrogel particles of Ag / Chitosan / PNIPAM with temperature-sensitive antibacterial properties. The obtained product was characterized by XRD, FT-IR, UV-Vis, TEM, SEM and other means. The results show that the Ag / Chitosan composite particles form a well-dispersed core-shell coating, and Ag / Chitosan / PNIPAM successfully achieves the cross-linking polymerization by the chemical crosslinking method.
