目的探讨L-精氨酸预处理对急性缺氧大鼠肺组织的影响及其作用机制。方法建立大鼠缺氧模型,并观察一般状况,计算体重及肺系数;NO含量测定试剂盒测定肺组织NO水平。结果缺氧后大鼠进食及活动减少,一般状况差,用药组体重及肺系数有所改善;缺氧后肺组织中NO和常氧组相比有明显减少,而缺氧+L-arginine组NO水平与缺氧组比较有明显提高(P<0.05),几乎接近正常水平。结论 L-精氨酸预处理对急性缺氧大鼠肺组织具有保护作用,其机制可能与NO水平的升高有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of L-arginine preconditioning on lung tissue in acute hypoxic rats and its mechanism. Methods The model of hypoxia was established in rats and the general condition was observed and the body weight and lung coefficient were calculated. The level of NO in lung tissue was determined by NO content determination kit. Results After hypoxia, the food intake and activity decreased, the general condition was poor. The body weight and lung coefficient of the treated group were improved. Compared with the normoxia group, the NO level in the lung tissue was significantly decreased after hypoxia, while the hypoxia + L-arginine group Compared with hypoxia group, NO level increased significantly (P <0.05) and almost reached normal level. Conclusion L-arginine preconditioning may have a protective effect on lung tissue in acute hypoxia rats, which may be related to the increase of NO level.
