低碳理念已经深入我国的各行各业,尤其在建筑行业中,更是广泛实施低碳理念。但在实际低碳建筑项目管理模式中还存在一些问题,本文针对于低碳建筑项目管理模式分析做出了进一步探究,对低碳建筑项目管理的体征分析、低碳建筑项目管理模式存在的问题以及低碳建筑项目管理模式的实施给出了指导与建议。
