当今社会是知识经济时代,企业的知识型员工成为企业最宝贵的人力资源,并在企业前进过程中扮演着十分重要的角色。因此,企业要想保持竞争力,可持续的发展壮大,必须留住、用好知识型员工。企业有效的组织和管理好知识型员工,激发知识型员工工作的积极性,协调知识型员工之间、知识型员工和普通员工之间以及和管理层之间的关系已成为现代企业管理的首要问题。同时知识型员工作为知识经济时代的产物,与传统员工不同,他们在个性工作、个性需求上存在很大的不同,因此,企业必须采取不同于传统员工的激励措施对知识型员工进行激励,从而使其为企业服务,创造更大的价值。
