研究不同实验条件对熔石英和白宝石激光损伤阈值和损伤形貌的影响 ,获得了一些有用的实验结果 ,对相应的损伤机理作了分析。同时对熔石英的抗激光加固也进行了研究。结果表明 ,激光预辐照和酸侵蚀处理使熔石英的激光损伤阈值分别提高 70 %和 80 %以上
The effects of different experimental conditions on laser damage threshold and morphology of fused silica and white sapphire were studied. Some useful experimental results were obtained and the corresponding damage mechanisms were analyzed. At the same time, anti-laser strengthening of fused silica was also studied. The results showed that laser pre-irradiation and acid etching increased the laser damage threshold of fused silica by more than 70% and more than 80% respectively
