随着国有企业改革力度的加大,虽然在经济成份、组织形式和就业方式上都会发生深刻的变化,但国有企业工会必须围绕“改革、发展、稳定”中心任务上毫不动摇,要不断探索适应新形势要求的国有企业工会工作新路子,积极推进工会组织机制和方法的创新,切实提高企业工会在维权、塑造队伍等“四种”能力上下功夫。以履行“维权”为工作重任
With the reform of state-owned enterprises intensified, profound changes have taken place in the economic composition, organizational form and employment methods. However, the unions in the state-owned enterprises must remain unshakable around the central task of “reform, development and stability.” Constantly explore new ways of trade union work for state-owned enterprises that meet the requirements of the new situation, actively promote the innovation of organizational mechanisms and methods of trade unions, and earnestly improve the trade unions’ ability to safeguard their rights and shape their ranks. To fulfill “rights ” for the work of heavy responsibility
