针对加入 WTO对中国海关的影响 ,结合分析主要交易国的海关制度 ,说明中国海关进行自身调整的急迫性 ,并提出了中国海关建立新的海关制度的一些新对策、新方法 .
In view of the influence of China’s accession to the WTO on China’s customs and the analysis of the customs system of the major trading countries, this paper illustrates the urgency of China’s customs adjustment and proposes some new measures and new methods for China’s customs to establish a new customs system.
