企业通过对员工或者部门的考核,来达到提高工作效率、实现资源配置优化的目的,其终极目标是组织利益的最大化,这就是绩效考评。现在企业中,绩效考评的作用越来越大,地位也越来越高。然而,绩效考评的标准和施行是相当难把握的,因此企业绩效考评中出现了很多误区。如何避免和解决这些误区呢?对此,我国两千多年前的经典名著《论语》中,有很多至理名言可以作为我们解决现代企业绩效考评误区的准则。把这些名言警句应用于我的绩效考评标准之中,尤其是印烙于我们的考评人员头脑之中,对企业的高效运行和长远发展是十分必要和有用的。
