黄河故道地区的金帅苹果的果锈十分严重,有些年份锈果率高达80%以上,严重影响其商品价值。为此,我们于1977~1985年在清江果园进行了金帅,苹果果锈发生规律与防治技术的研究。 试验园为金帅成年树,树龄17~25年,生长正常,株产200斤左右。土壤为沙土,pH8左右,植株的一致性较好。选试验树10株,从花瓣开始脱落到6月30日,每隔7天套袋一次,每次套袋100只,共10次,采收时检查锈果率。同时选试验树3株,定枝调查锈果率。从花谢至发锈期结束,定期取样固定做成石蜡切片,观察果皮的解剖结构及果锈形成的过程。
