一般制作等渗溶液时的计算方法不外以下四种:(1)水点下降法;(2)分子浓度法;(3)与氯化钠等渗溶液比较计算法;(4)丹麦药典采用的等渗浓度曲线法。前三种方法在实用当中都比较麻烦,第四种方法虽较简单,但图表多,而且只包括了一部分药品。最近有利用药物的容量值和氯化钠当量计算法来制做等渗溶液的,因此法简单易行,我们经过一段时期试用以后,证明此法计算较方便。兹介绍于下。什么是药物的容量值和氯化钠当量?1.0克药物做成等渗溶液所需用水的毫升数叫做容量值。1.0克药物做成等渗溶液时相当于氯化钠的克数
