目的探讨磷酸铝凝胶对静脉滴注阿奇霉素时引起胃肠道反应的疗效。方法将2007年1月至2008年1月在首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院输液观察室进行静脉滴注阿奇霉素的患儿100例随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例),治疗组在静脉滴注阿奇霉素前30min给予口服磷酸铝凝胶,对照组不用磷酸铝凝胶。并按无反应、轻度反应和重度反应进行判定。结果治疗组和对照组相比较治疗组可明显改善静脉滴注阿奇霉素时引起的胃肠反应,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论儿科静脉滴注阿奇霉素时给予口服磷酸铝凝胶可明显改善静脉滴注阿奇霉素时引起的胃肠道反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of aluminum phosphate gel on the gastrointestinal reaction induced by intravenous infusion of azithromycin. Methods From January 2007 to January 2008, 100 children with intravenous azithromycin infused into the infusion room of Beijing Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) Groups were given oral aluminum phosphate gel 30 min before intravenous infusion of azithromycin, and control groups were not treated with aluminum phosphate gel. And no reaction, mild reaction and severe reaction to determine. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group and the control group could obviously improve the gastrointestinal reaction induced by intravenous infusion of azithromycin, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Pediatric intravenous azithromycin given oral aluminum phosphate gel can significantly improve the intravenous infusion of azithromycin caused gastrointestinal reactions.
