介绍了一种新型半导体电阻温度计,该温度计由掺锰的InSb单晶体制成。它们已被用来测量0.01K到350K的温度,且显示出高的灵敏度、低电阻率和良好的重复性。这种温度计的标定校验在低温和超低温下也十分简单,因为它们是纯指数的温度电阻关系。在低于4.2K温度的磁场中不宜使用InSb∶Mn温度计。
A new type of semiconductor resistance thermometer is introduced. The thermometer is made of Mn-doped InSb single crystal. They have been used to measure temperatures from 0.01K to 350K and show high sensitivity, low resistivity and good repeatability. Calibrations of such thermometers are also simple at low and ultra-low temperatures because they are purely exponential temperature-resistance relationships. It is not advisable to use an InSb: Mn thermometer in a magnetic field below 4.2K.
