本文叙述了从金厂硫脲硫酸解吸液中电解金、银和用离子交换法从电解尾液中回收金、银的工业试验结果。在所选择的电解条件下,金电积率>99%,银电积率≈98%,合质金含金92%—93%,白银含银97%。选用D61阳离子交换树脂从电解尾液中回收金、银,树脂对金吸附率高,采用氰化钠碱性溶液解吸,金的解吸率为98%。实践证明:回收金、银所选定的工艺参数及流程在技术上和经济上是可行的,适应性较强。
This article describes the industrial test results of gold and silver electrolysis from gold factory thiourea sulfuric acid desorption solution and gold and silver recovery from the electrolytic tail solution by ion exchange method. In the selected electrolysis conditions, the rate of gold deposition rate of> 99%, silver rate of ?? 98%, 92% -93% of gold gold, silver, 97% silver. The D61 cation exchange resin was used to recover gold, silver and resin from gold electrode. The adsorption rate of gold and resin to gold was high, and the desorption rate was 98% using sodium cyanide alkaline solution. Practice has proved that: the recovery of gold, silver, the selected process parameters and processes are technically and economically feasible and adaptable.
