扎冲注射液系由蒙医经典方剂“扎冲朱苏木”研制而成。1980年曾试用于临床,在治疗脑血管病偏瘫37例中32例有效,其中16例显效。为探索其作用机制,进行了有关动物实验,现报导如下:实验方法与结果Ⅰ、毒性实验一、半数致死量:用上下法(序贯法)。10只19—22克重健康小白鼠(雌雄不分)尾静脉注射,结果:LD_(50)=14ml/kg。二、局部刺激试验:取体重2公斤左右的健康家兔2只,用股四头肌法,缓缓注入扎冲注射液1ml,另一侧用同法注射生理盐水1ml,给药后24小时,48小时各处死解剖一只,肉眼检查,股四头肌无明显充血现象。三、溶血试验:取干燥清洁试管6只,依序加入家兔红血球混悬液、生理盐水及扎冲注射液。混匀后37℃恒温箱中静
Zhachong injection liquid was developed by the Mongolian medical classic prescription “Zhachong Zhusu”. In 1980, it was tested in clinical practice.
