According to past studies, the author believes that the failure of regeneration after transmigration of mammalian spinal cord is partly due to the “auto allergic” reaction to the central nervous system. This experimental study is a continuation of past experiments in which rats were treated with different drugs after spinal cord transection to prevent “auto-allergic” reactions to promote spinal cord regeneration. Bioelectricity was used to prove that during the examination, the spinal cord was transectioned for six weeks before and after six months.
