过去对坏疽性牙髓炎及慢性根尖周炎,常规治疗需要多次就诊换药,病人及医生要花费很多时间。1983年以来,笔者用一次法完成根管治疗200多例,近期及长期观察,疗效满意。现将随访6个月至2年以上106例分析报告如下。临床资料感染根管一次疗法的病例选择基本与多次疗法一致。急性根尖周炎限于晚期粘膜下脓肿形成期,患牙轻度叩痛松动者。年龄不限。男性32例,女性72例.前牙及前磨牙104例,磨牙2例。坏疽性牙髓炎37例,
