目的观察和测定兔眼飞弹伤后脉络膜的血管形态、体积变化,为研究飞弹伤后眼球血循环变化提供病理依据。方法利用气钉枪在6kg/cm2始动气压下打击眼球建立兔眼飞弹伤模型,于伤后1、3d和1、2、4周取眼球进行HE染色观察脉络膜病理学改变,并采用生物体视学方法测定脉络膜的体积和脉络膜血管的体积密度、体积。结果伤后1d,脉络膜血管体积与正常眼球相比明显减小,在伤后3d达到最低值,之后逐渐恢复,在伤后4周仅为正常值的55.99%。脉络膜体积在伤后各时间点均较正常值显著减小,各时间点之间无统计学差异。结论飞弹伤后脉络膜受到明显损害,脉络膜血管体积明显减小,可能导致脉络膜循环血量减少,从而影响飞弹伤后视网膜功能的恢复。
Objective To observe and measure the morphology and volume change of choroid blood vessels in rabbit eyes after missile injury and provide the pathological basis for studying the changes of eyeball blood circulation after missile injury. Methods Rabbit eyeball missile model was established by using air nail gun at the initial air pressure of 6kg / cm2. Eyeballs were made at 1, 3, and 1, 2 and 4 weeks after injury for HE staining to observe choroidal pathological changes. Visual method to measure the choroidal volume and choroidal vascular volume density, volume. Results On the 1st day after injury, the volume of choroidal vasculature decreased significantly compared with that of normal eyeballs and reached its lowest value at 3d after injury, then gradually recovered. Only 55.99% of the normal value was found at 4 weeks after injury. Choroidal volume at each time point after injury were significantly lower than normal, no significant difference between the time points. Conclusions The choroid was significantly damaged after the missile was injured and the choroidal vasculature was significantly reduced, which may lead to the reduction of the blood volume of the choroidal circulation and thus the recovery of retinal function after the missile damage.
