财务部门是现代企业管理的一个重要部门,财务人员参与合同签订与管理是企业合同管理的重要内容之一,企业尤其是技术服务性质企业对于如何搞好合同管理,保证企业经济活动的正常进行,对提高企业经济效益具有积极意义。油田技术服务企业有着自身的特殊性,笔者结合油田技术服务企业的特性剖析了合同管理的现状,阐述了财务管理与合同管理的内在联系,从财务管理的角度对合同管理的重要性做了相应的研究。同时,提出了财务管理人员在加强合同管理方面的对策与措施,为今后加强油田技术服务合同管理具有借鉴作用。
