心室壁张力的改变可引起血中脑钠素(BNP)浓度的改变,故BNP浓度可间接反映心室壁张力的变化.肺栓塞时,血栓或异物阻塞肺动脉血流、体液因子的释放和缺氧引起肺血管收缩,可引起肺动脉压和右心室壁张力增加,导致BNP释放增加,血中BNP浓度升高.已有多项研究证实:BNP水平与急性肺栓塞不良事件的发生密切相关,可用于判断预后;慢性肺栓塞患者的BNP与肺血管阻力呈正相关,BNP水平变化可用于评价病情和治疗效果等.故BNP浓度可作为一个较方便的无创指标,用于指导肺栓塞的诊断评估和治疗.
