为满足航空发动机设计需求,开发了一种全新的航空发动机轴承腔热分析通用软件。软件基于可视化图形建模技术与热网络算法,通过构建轴承腔热网络模型图来完成热分析计算,具有良好的通用性与适用性。软件前台是采用DELPHI编写的图形界面,可以完成图形建模、参数输入与输出;后台是基于热网络法建立的各节点热流平衡方程组,通过FORTRAN编写的主程序进行热分析计算。软件能够获得轴承腔细致的温度场分布以及热状态变化规律,通过与试验数据对比,软件具有良好的计算精度。
In order to meet the demand of aeroengine design, a new general thermal analysis software for bearing cavity of aeroengine has been developed. Software based on visual graphics modeling technology and thermal network algorithm, through the construction of thermal model of the bearing cavity network diagram to complete the thermal analysis and calculation, has good versatility and applicability. The software foreground is a graphical interface written by DELPHI, which can complete the graph modeling, parameter input and output. The background is based on the heat network method to establish the heat flow balance equations of each node. The main program written by FORTRAN is used for thermal analysis and calculation. The software can obtain the detailed temperature distribution and the change rule of the thermal state in the bearing cavity. Compared with the experimental data, the software has good calculation accuracy.
