目的:高效液相色谱法测定女金胶囊中黄芩苷和丹皮酚的含量。方法:色谱柱:Symmetry C_(18)柱(150 mm×3.9 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸(48:52),流速:1 ml·min~(-1);紫外检测波长:276 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10分μl。结果:在4.96~24.80μg和2.60~13.00μg范围内成线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.3%和98.4%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,准确,可作为女金胶囊中黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的测定方法。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of baicalin and paeonol in “Nujin Capsule” by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Symmetry C 18 column (150 mm × 3.9 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (48:52) and the flow rate was 1 ml · min -1. : 276 nm; column temperature: 30 ° C; injection volume: 10 μl. Results: The linear relationship was found between 4.96 ~ 24.80μg and 2.60 ~ 13.00μg. The average recoveries were 98.3% and 98.4%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be used as a method for the determination of baicalin and paeonol in LJ capsules.
