本文以2008年四川汶川大地震为背景,讨论保险在地震等巨灾风险管理中的角色,分析中国地震保险的历史和现状,并在国际地震保险典型模式比较基础上,提出了中国地震保险制度构建的框架思考。
Based on the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province, this paper discusses the role of insurance in risk management of catastrophe such as earthquake, and analyzes the history and current status of China’s earthquake insurance. Based on the comparison of typical models of international earthquake insurance, this paper proposes China’s earthquake insurance system Construction of the framework of thinking.
