目的:建立 O/ W 型甲苯咪唑乳剂的含量测定方法和质量标准。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定 O/ W型甲苯咪唑乳剂的含量。结果:标准曲线为: C(μg/m l)= 19.95 A- 0.3438,r= 0.9999。线性范围为3.0~16.0 μg/m l,平均回收率为(100.0±0.15)% , R S D= 0.15% 。该方法的精密度和重现性分别为0.36% 和0.17% ( R S D% )。结论:用紫外分光度法测定乳剂中的甲苯咪唑含量,方法简便准确,样品无需分离即可直接测定,乳剂中的其它组份对测定无干扰。用紫外光谱法和薄层色谱法对乳剂中的甲苯咪唑进行鉴别,专属性强。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method and quality standard for the determination of O / W type mebezimate emulsions. Methods: The content of O / W mebezimate emulsion was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: Standard curve: C (μg / ml) = 19.95 A-0.3438, r = 0.9999. The linear range was 3.0-16.0 μg / ml, the average recovery was (100.0 ± 0.15)% and RSD = 0.15%. The precision and reproducibility of this method were 0.36% and 0.17% (Rs D%), respectively. Conclusion: Determination of mebendazole in the emulsion by UV spectrophotometry is simple and accurate. The sample can be directly determined without separation. The other components in the emulsion have no interference with the determination. Identification of mebendazole in emulsions by UV spectroscopy and thin-layer chromatography is highly specific.
