水稻品种对白叶枯病的抗性鉴定,国内外常用穗期田间诱发及人工喷雾、针刺或剪叶接菌法。抗性评价则用发病率、病指、病斑面积或长度与叶面积或长度的比例为分级标准。鉴定一个品种所需时间与该品种的生育期相近,一般为100~130天,自接菌到结果检查至少需15~20天。我们对剪口褐变与品种抗病性关系进行了研究,结果表明:褐变反应与抗病性高度相关,用观察褐交替代现行鉴定方法,准确性高、时间短、工效高,是一种较好的抗病性鉴定新方法。
Resistance of rice cultivars to bacterial leaf blight, commonly used at home and abroad in the field induced by sprouting and artificial spraying, acupuncture or cut leaf inoculation method. The resistance evaluation is based on the incidence, disease index, lesion area or length and leaf area or length ratio as the grading standard. Identification of a variety of time required and the variety of reproductive period is similar, usually 100 to 130 days, from the inoculation to the results of inspection at least 15 to 20 days. We studied the relationship between cropping browning and disease resistance. The results showed that the browning reaction was highly correlated with disease resistance, and the browning test was used to replace the current identification method with high accuracy, short time and high work efficiency. A better method of disease resistance identification.
