2002年12月进行的大学英语四级考试与以往略有不同,具体体现在听力和词汇结构题上。此次听力题的发音采用英美音混合,而以前一般是美式发音。词汇与结构部分的变化较大。以往的词汇与结构题的比例几乎是1:1,此次词汇题占16题,而结构题只占9题。词汇题中测试同义词和近义词的就有11题:这些变化表明今后的四级考试将越来越重视实际运用能力。特别值得注意是,此次解答多数词汇题,需从词与词之间的搭配入手,如名词与名词、名词与介词、动词与介词、动词与名词、形容词与介词、形容词与名词等搭配。下面将对2002年12月四级考试真题中的同义词和近义词进行解析。
