介绍了利用自发 Raman散射光谱测量低压气流组分绝对浓度的方法 ,在流动状态下得到了不同压力下的自发喇曼散射光谱 ,检测最低压力为 1 33Pa;对于含 N2 氧气流在已知 N2 浓度时实时标定检测了 O2 的绝对浓度 ,测量误差小于 8%。
The method of measuring the absolute concentration of low-pressure gas stream components by using spontaneous Raman scattering spectroscopy is introduced. The spontaneous Raman scattering spectra under different pressures are obtained under flowing conditions. The minimum pressure is 1 33 Pa. Real-time calibration detected the absolute concentration of O2, the measurement error is less than 8%.
