东北亚经济合作、国际航运中心的建设、新增长极的选择、振兴北方拉劝西部的作用等使环渤海区域经济一体化面临前所未有的机遇。区位优势与自然优势、产业结构调整、商务与金融环境、人才资源、奥运会的契机等凸现了环渤海区域经济发展的优势。应建立共同的市场体系、推动跨省市企业重组、深化财税体制改、促进金融合作、建立环渤海教育协作区、推进社会资本的形成,以加速环渤海区域经济一体化进程。
The economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, the construction of an international shipping center, the choice of a new growth pole, the revitalization of the north and the persuasion of the western region are all facing unprecedented opportunities for the economic integration in the Bohai Rim. Regional advantages and natural advantages, industrial restructuring, business and financial environment, human resources, the Olympic Games opportunity highlights the advantages of Bohai Rim economic development. A common market system should be established to promote the restructuring of enterprises across provinces and municipalities, deepen the reform of fiscal and taxation systems, promote financial cooperation, establish a coordinated area for education around the Bohai Sea, and promote the formation of social capital in order to speed up the process of economic integration in the Bohai Sea Rim.
