在机械阻抗综合法的基础上推导出一种直接利用结构实测频响函数识别结合部参数的方法,通过多频率点的最小二乘法消除噪声的影响,提出了当结合面响应不能直接测量时的处理办法.该方法原理清晰,不需预先建立结构的解析模型(如有限元模型),试验及测试计算都较为方便,尤其适用于大型复杂组合结构(如机床)结合部参数的识别.该方法在云南省科委八五攻关项目《X8140铣床动态设计》中用于对昆明铣床厂试制新产品×8140样机八个主要结合部参数的识别,得到了比较满意的结果.
