分析了煤炭企业中层管理人员的自身素质现状,指出影响素质提升的主要原因,并针对企业现代化管理要求提出创新思维和管理模式、改进绩效考核方法等提升煤炭企业管理人员自身素质的对策。
This paper analyzes the present situation of middle managers in coal enterprises, points out the main reasons that affect the quality improvement, and puts forward some countermeasures such as innovating thinking and management mode and improving performance evaluation methods to improve the quality of managers in coal enterprises.
