液压AGC技术成功地应用在1200WS四辊可逆冷轧机上,取得了较好的控制效果,使最终厚度公差小于带材厚度的±1％。本文介绍了该液压AGC系统的组成及功能。论述了几种AGC的控制模型和特点以及新技术在AGC中的应用,同时对AGC应用中的有关问题进行了讨论。
The hydraulic AGC technology has been successfully applied to the 1200WS four-roller reversing cold rolling mill and has achieved good control results with a final thickness tolerance of less than ± 1% of the strip thickness. This article describes the composition and function of this hydraulic AGC system. Discusses several control models and characteristics of AGC and the application of new technology in AGC, and discusses the related issues in AGC application.
