期望作为教学当中的情感因素,对于师生的教与学的活动起着动力的激励作用,教师建立对学生适当、合理、公正的期望值,并以这种激励性的期望诱导学生产生内驱力,从而引导学生把教师的教育教学要求内化为自身的自觉行动,便会使学生获得生动、活泼、主动的发展。本文就是研究教师对学生的期望在提高学生学习成效过程中的作用,以及教师如何恰当应用期望这一情感因素来达到提高学生学习成效的目的。
Expectations, as the emotional factors in teaching, play a motivating and motivating role in teachers ’and students’ teaching and learning activities.
