《大中型液压挖掘机引进技术的消化吸收》课题是由长挖厂自行研究完成的。该厂在对引进对象德国利勃海尔公司的有关资料进行了收集、整理、研究之后,掌握了挖掘机发展趋势,大中型液压挖掘机三泵液压系统国产化的设计理论和设计方法。研制的挖掘机工作装置参数优化和挖掘机性能分析的计算机软件包,具有图形显示、动态仿真、人机对话等多种功能。完成了该技术所涉及的156种国外金属材料的国产化。研制出的新型高压油缸经试验和用户使用表明达到了引进技术的要求。
The “Digestion and Absorption of Large and Medium Hydraulic Excavator Introduction Technology” project was completed by a long-term digging plant. After collecting, sorting, and researching the relevant materials of the German Liebherr company, the plant mastered the development trend of the excavator, and the design theory and design method of the localization of the three-pump hydraulic system for medium and large hydraulic excavators. The computer software package developed by the excavator working device parameter optimization and excavator performance analysis has a variety of functions such as graphic display, dynamic simulation, human-machine dialogue and so on. Completed the localization of 156 foreign metal materials involved in this technology. The new high-pressure cylinder developed and tested by the user has shown that it meets the requirements of the imported technology.
