目的:探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)防止帕金森病(PD)大鼠黑质细胞损伤的可能性。方法:采用帕金森病大鼠模型,采用 TUNEL 法、Nissl’s染色、HE 染色、旋转行为观察的方法,观察造模成功后 GBE 治疗1、5、10d 大鼠旋转行为及黑质病理变化。结果:GBE 组黑质凋亡细胞数、旋转圈数均较 PD 组减少,HE 染色结构均得到改善。结论:银杏叶提取物能有效防止帕金森病大鼠黑质细胞损伤。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the possibility of ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) in preventing the damage of substantia nigra cells in Parkinson’s disease (PD) rats. METHODS: Using rat model of Parkinson’s disease, TUNEL method, Nissl’s staining, HE staining and rotational behavior observation were used to observe the rotation behavior and the pathological changes of substantia nigra in rats treated with GBE for 1, 5, and 10 days. Results: The number of apoptotic cells in the substantia nigra of the GBE group was lower than that of the PD group, and HE staining structure was improved. Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract can effectively prevent the damage of substantia nigra cells in Parkinson’s disease rats.
