洛阳地区是一个丘陵山区,居住分散、经济条件落后,有相当一部分山区群众(约50多万人)患有受煤烟污染所致的慢性氟中毒疾病,轻者牙齿变黄,重者弯腰驼背,患病率较高。现已查明,是当地含氟石煤在燃烧过程中释放大量氟化物,污染了室内空气,通过呼吸再进入人体所致。为此,我们在栾川县城关镇七里坪村进行了改灶防氟试点,取得了良好的效果。
