深圳合正罗湖教育新村5号塔楼为地上52层的超高层商业住宅楼,首先在确定各材料所采用本构关系后采用Perform-3D建模,然后进行罕遇地震作用下静力弹塑性及弹塑性时程分析,输入3条地震波进行时程分析,并将两者所得结论进行比较分析。分析结果表明,在静力弹塑性和弹塑性时程分析情况下结构反应相似,满足大震不倒的设防要求。本项目施工图现已完成,正在施工中。
Tower 5, Luohu Education Village, Hezheng, Shenzhen, is a 52-storey residential high-rise commercial residential building. First, after the constitutive relations among the materials are determined, the model is constructed using Perform-3D, and then the static elasto-plasticity Elastoplastic time history analysis, inputting three seismic waves for time history analysis, and comparing the conclusions of the two. The analysis results show that the structural responses are similar under static elasto-plasticity and elasto-plastic time-history analysis, and meet the requirements for fortification without large earthquake. The construction drawing of this project has been completed and is under construction.
