探索符合艺术类专业特点、融人性与理性为一体的境外生教学管理模式,是提高侨校音乐舞蹈专业本科境外生教育教学质量的必然选择。实行境外生导师制,不仅是艺术类专业的独特要求,也是对传统“师徒相授”教育方式的辩证借鉴,还是侨校音乐舞蹈专业境外生排除学习困惑和完善知识、技能结构的最佳选择。结合侨校特色,建构音乐、舞蹈专业本科境外生导师制模式,并以相应的保障策略推动其有效实施,对提高侨校艺术类本科境外生人才培养质量具有重要意义。
It is an inevitable choice to improve the teaching quality of oversea students majoring in music and dance in overseas Chinese universities by exploring overseas teaching management modes that conform to the characteristics of art specialty and integrate human nature and rationality. The implementation of the tutor system for overseas students is not only a unique requirement of arts major, but also a dialectical reference to the traditional education mode of “apprenticeship and apprenticeship”, or is the overseas student of music and dance profession in Qiaoqiao University excluded the studying confusion and perfecting knowledge and skill structure best choice. It is of great significance to improve the training quality of overseas talents in Art undergraduate programs in overseas Chinese universities by combining the characteristics of overseas Chinese schools and building a tutor system for overseas undergraduates majoring in music and dance, and promoting their effective implementation with corresponding safeguard strategies.
