加入WTO对于我国经济起到了极大的促进,同时也引起了我国人才市场的极大的波动。高技能专业人才的缺乏使得我国中等职业教育院校有了更多的生源。但是生源的增加也导致了中等职业院校原有教学资源的不能够满足学生人数的增加。就中等职业教育院校资源共享的实施及对教育成本的意义进行了简要的论述。
The accession to the WTO has greatly promoted the economy of our country and at the same time has caused great fluctuations in the talent market in our country. The lack of highly skilled professionals makes our secondary vocational education institutions have more students. However, the increase of students also leads to the increase of the number of students that the original teaching resources of secondary vocational schools can not meet. This paper briefly discusses the implementation of resource sharing in secondary vocational education institutions and the significance of educational cost.
