“‘心理学之于教师,犹如病理学之于医生。’我们语文教师如果不懂心理学,就难以有效地提高语文教学水平,那就是瞎子摸大象,没门儿。”这是杭州市上城区一位执教了二十余年的中年小学语文教师,在参加了由朱作仁副教授主讲的“语文教学心理学”讲习班一年后所获得的深刻体会。这样一种醒悟,来之不易呀。理论一经群众掌握,将会焕发出何等巨大的物质力量。春华秋实。多年来,朱先生为语文教学的科学化,为教学法与心理学的结合,为基层中小学教师普及心理学知识所付出的辛勤劳动,已初绽蓓蕾。
