相对于投资机构的高声警报,中国决策层对于楼市下滑颇显冷静,并没有急于使用财政工具。央行行长周小川前不久重申,当前经济形势不需要采取大规模的货币刺激政策。房地产业与中国经济高度关联,在固定资产投资中长期占据较大比重。国家统计局数据显示,2013年投资对GDP的贡献率为54.4%,按照通常房地产投资占固定资产投资比重为25%左右计算,2013年房地产对GDP的贡献率为13.6%左右。
Relative to the loud alarm from investment institutions, Chinese policymakers are calm about the property market downturn and are not in a hurry to use fiscal instruments. Central Bank Governor Zhou Xiaochuan reiterated a short time ago that the current economic situation does not require a massive monetary stimulus. The real estate industry is highly correlated with China’s economy and occupies a large part of its long-term investment in fixed assets. National Bureau of Statistics data show that in 2013 the contribution of investment to GDP was 54.4%, according to the usual real estate investment accounted for about 25% of investment in fixed assets, in 2013 the contribution of real estate to GDP was about 13.6%.
