为了提高结构冲击载荷定位的精度和实时性,针对声发射和逆问题分析两类方法的优点和不足,结合多主体技术提出了一种高精度航空结构多主体协作冲击定位方法。两类冲击定位方法自主并行工作,通过黑板协作融合,彼此通信交互消息,参考优化定位结果,保证位置精度的同时提高了实时性。在大型航空铝板上的实验表明,该冲击载荷定位方法快速有效,具有很好的鲁棒性。
In order to improve the accuracy and real-time performance of structural impact load location, aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of two methods of acoustic emission and inverse problem analysis, a multi-agent collaborative impact localization method with high-precision aeronautical structure is proposed based on multi-agent technology. The two types of impact location methods work independently and in parallel, and through the blackboard collaboration and fusion, communicate with each other and exchange messages, optimize the positioning results with reference to ensure the position accuracy and improve the real-time performance. Experiments on large-scale aeronautical aluminum show that the impact load location method is fast and effective and has good robustness.
