目前的高层住宅大多数都设计高位水箱与地下室储水池。然而,高层住宅的水箱、水池的滥流不能及时被发现仍是普遍存在的问题。在高层住宅中,水箱通常设于屋顶以及中间层,若水箱液位控制系统失灵,水会通过溢流管溢流,不仅造成水源浪费,而且如果排水不畅,还会给居民造成危害。高层住宅的水池往往与泵房、配电房等同设于地下室,如果水池进水浮球阀发生故障,不能关闭,水池溢水,这同样会造成水源浪费,而且如若地下室集水坑内排污泵再发生故障或自动控制系统失灵,工作人员又末及时发现,由于水流量很大,很快就会造成地下室漫水,如果水漫入配电房将会造成危险和重大损失。我们在实际工程中已经遇到以上情况。 鉴于以上情况,我们设计了一种溢流自动报警系统。当溢流发生时,可即刻发出报警,能被及进发现并采取措施,其原理是,在

In view of the above situation, we have designed an overflow automatic alarm system. When an overflow occurs, an alarm can be issued immediately and can be detected and taken into action. The principle is that
